SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER
Oversee and organize the power distribution sales activity within your assigned customer or distributor base. This position will require complete ownership of project management from quote to delivery at an elevated level of customer service. We're looking for accountable, experienced professionals to help us reach our true potential while we help you reach yours.
In This Function You Will:
- Provide accurate and timely planning, quotation, and facilitate technical support
- Communicate with customers, warehouse, and plants to facilitate project management and problem resolution
- Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications
- Provide facility timely solutions to customer issues by utilizing available resources or creating procedure for resolution
- Prepare and present bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines while using sound business judgment
- Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects
- Work with factories to resolve technical issues while working with customers to resolve quality issues
- Canvas the market to gain insight and adjust to ever changing pricing and delivery requirements
- Division product line assemblies and components teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Five (5) of electrical industry sales experience
- Possess and maintain a valid & unrestricted driver’s license
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Five plus (5+) years of electrical industry sales experience

SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER
Act as a technical and commercial resource to field sales, customers and distributors for quotations and project management of power quality and power distribution. Support for company's outside Sales Engineers and all products represented by the company. This position will require tasks such as order/project management, customer service, project take-offs, pricing, and proposal formulations.
In This Function You Will:
- Work under Outside Sales Engineers to support projects
- Provide accurate and timely planning, quotation, and facilitate technical support
- Communicate with customers, warehouse, and plants to facilitate project management and problem resolution Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications.
- Put together proposals including bill of material, quotation, submittal and manuals
- Track and confirm lead times and project status
- Proactively facilitate timely solutions to customer issues by utilizing available resources or creating procedures for resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- One (1) year of electrical industry sales experience
- Possess and maintain a valid & unrestricted driver’s license
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Exposure to a manufacturing organization
